I hope, that if you have driven down S. Fisher lately, you have noticed the new signs on both sides of the road showing the newly renamed Summershade Apartments and Arbor Meadows. If so, you may have also noticed that there has been a lot of work being done at both places. This past summer you could not drive by either location without noticing major changes.

61-83 South Fisher was purchased by Arbor Meadows LLC this June. Since the change in ownership Arbor Meadows LLC has been making many improvements. The new business has spent several hundred thousand dollars in making our part of this great West Seneca neighborhood a place anyone would like to live. Improvements have been made to sidewalks, driveways, garbage collection, windows, doors, basements, security, laundry, and building exteriors. Many of the 48 apartments have been renovated and improvements are evident throughout the complex. There have been improvements made to enhance the safety and security of our residence and continued enhancements are planned in these areas. It is the goal of management to make Arbor Meadows a comfortable and peaceful place to live for tenants of all ages. The Greater Buffalo area is on the rise and so is our part of Western NY!

30-50 S. Fisher was purchased in early 2016 by Summershade Apartments LLC. Since that time many improvements have been made. Summershade Apartments has a new parking lot, new concrete sidewalks, improved garbage collection, enhanced security, and many other upgrades. We strive to make the neighborhood even better by keeping the area clean and well lit. Summershade Apartments now have new picnic tables and benches that allow families to gather and enjoy each others company.

Summershade Apartments and Arbor Meadows are located across the street from each other and are run by the same management group. We are invested in this great, safe, friendly neighborhood and we are dedicated to making our part of it a better place.
